Organizing Director

About the Role

Provide department-wide leadership to the tenant organizing department, supervising the team as they support working-class tenants across San Francisco to build strong tenant associations, improve conditions, defend homes, and advance tenant rights. This role connects building-level organizing with broader policy fights, budget advocacy, and coalition campaigns locally and across California.
