About the Role

Secure, cultivate, and grow a significant revenue portfolio of high-potential corporate, foundation, and individual donors for KABOOM!, a national nonprofit dedicated to ending playspace inequity and scaling their impact by building kid-designed playspaces in communities of color. This role involves leading cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of six- and seven-figure investments, and identifying new partnership opportunities aligned with equity, child development, and climate-forward goals.
