City Research Scientist

About the Role

Under the direction of the Heating Management Services Department Deputy Director, this role coordinates, reviews, and collects heat and hot water data from internal NYCHA systems. The scientist will also lead data analysis on legislation and regulatory proposals, prepare communications on housing heating policy, and collaborate with various stakeholders and agency personnel to ensure compliance and support sound research projects.
